The beris 3-Ring Bit with KONNEX tongue port combines the gentle effect of a tongue port with the benefits of a butterfly bar. The slimmer profile of the KONNEX bar sits very comfortably in the horse's mouth and creates more space for the tongue – ideal for horses with limited room in the mouth.

This bar bit is particularly suited to older horses with changed tooth alignment, horses with larger tongues, or those sensitive to pressure points on the tongue. The 3-ring system combines lateral restriction, lever and elevator action in one bit – the different rein buckling options let you fine-tune the degree of effect. Buckled onto the bottom ring, the rein acts like a short lever, making the bit useful for testing your horse's reaction to leverage.
