Technovit-2-Bond PU Hoof Adhesive Cartridge – fast relief for healthy hooves

The Technovit-2-Bond is a fast-curing 2-component PU hoof adhesive that makes your daily hoof care routine noticeably easier. The adhesive cures within around 30 seconds, letting you attach wooden or rubber blocks to healthy hooves quickly to relieve a diseased hoof after treatment.

Provided the adhesive has been stored above 15 °C, the treated hoof is fully load-bearing again after about 3 minutes. A mixing cannula is fitted onto the cartridge, and the two components mix automatically as the adhesive is dispensed, so no separate manual mixing is required. The slightly pasty viscosity allows controlled application without running, resulting in a strong bond to both wooden and rubber blocks.

Application & Notes:

• Clean and dry the hoof before use; roughening the surface can improve adhesion
• Remove the cartridge cap and fit the mixing cannula
• Dispense a small amount of adhesive first to allow the components to mix
• Apply a bead of adhesive to the block and press it firmly onto the prepared hoof
• Store the cartridge above 15 °C before use
• Use only with adequate ventilation and wear protective gloves
• The used mixing cannula can remain on the cartridge to seal it
