Stays put on the paddock: Waldhausen ECONOMIC fleece rug with cross surcingles
This cooler rug in soft fleece draws the moisture out of the coat and lets your horse dry evenly after work, washing or travelling. The crossed belly surcingles hold it reliably in place while it does so.
Thanks to the surcingles the rug stays where it belongs even when your horse rolls or moves around the open stable – unlike a rug with a front closure alone. Add to that the T-front closure, a tail cord and a bound edge that protects the seams. Ten sizes from 75 to 165 cm cover ponies through to full-size horses.

What do the cross surcingles do?
They run crosswise under the belly and fix the rug at the sides, so it will not slip when your horse rolls or moves around the paddock.
Is the rug suitable for box and paddock?
Yes. It works for short drying periods in the box and in the open stable, because the surcingles hold it in position. It is not designed as a rain or winter rug.
Which size do I need?
Measure from the centre of the chest, across the shoulder, to the base of the tail. The figure in centimetres is the rug size.
