The high proportion of glossy seeds (canary seed) results in a lower fat content in the feed mixture. Together with various seeds as well as hemp, the mixed feed is a balanced meal for canaries. The canary food does not contain millet or rape. The minerals contained, especially the balanced calcium-phosphorus ratio, are important for the birds because they support the metabolism, promote bone structure and a colourful, dense plumage. Carefully selected raw materials and the absence of artificial colours, flavours and preservatives ensure the high quality of this popular all-round food for canaries.

Feeding recommendation:
Offer the birds the bird food in a bowl or feeder for free consumption. Hygiene at the feeding place is particularly important. Therefore, place the bowl well protected against contamination by droppings, dirt and water (do not place the bowl under seats). Only fill the bowl with as much food as the birds can eat in one day. This effectively prevents the growth of mould, pathogens or similar.
