Shipping Information & Shipping Costs
We charge flat-rate shipping costs per order for packaging and postage. Many of our products also include free shipping; you can find this information directly on the product page.
Parcel Shipments
For parcel shipments within Germany, we charge the following shipping costs:
- €0 for orders over €199
- €6.99 for orders up to €199
For parcel shipments within Austria, we charge the following shipping costs:
- €0 for orders over €199
- €7.95 for orders up to €199
An oversized item surcharge will be applied to products with excess length or excess weight:
- Bulky Goods 1: €19
- Bulky Goods 2: €39
Freight Forwarding
The transport costs for freight forwarding shipments are a flat rate of €99 (Austria, Germany), and €199 within Italy, France, Hungary, Romania, Sweden.
Delivery
Your order will be shipped via GLS, Post, DHL, DPD, or a freight forwarding company. Freight deliveries are always made "free curbside" (delivered to the edge of the sidewalk).
