The Agrarzone Ecoflex Hen Haus chicken coop is built to stand outdoors all year. It is made from a composite of recycled polymers and wood fibre that absorbs neither moisture nor odours – unlike a timber coop, there is nothing here to paint or re-treat. The pitched roof with an overhang keeps rain off the front.

Daily care is deliberately simple: the large side door gives you comfortable access to the interior, the pull-out droppings tray comes away in one movement and the smooth inner surfaces wipe down in seconds. You take the eggs from outside out of the side-mounted nest box, so you never have to step inside. The adjustable ventilation in the front wall is set to suit the season.

Questions & answers:

Do I have to paint or treat the coop?
No. The composite absorbs no moisture and needs no wood preservative. Wiping it down is all the care it takes.

How do I get to the eggs?
Through the side-mounted nest box with its hinged rear panel – you lift the eggs out from outside without entering the coop.

How do I clean it out?
Pull the droppings tray out from below and empty it. The large side door gets you to the smooth inner surfaces.
