The FlexoPlus cattle ear tags from Kerbl were developed specifically for identifying cattle and stand out in daily farm use through excellent durability combined with very low loss rates. The blank tags consist of a male and female piece and suit farmers and breeders looking for a robust, animal-friendly tagging solution.
The hard-crown tip, combined with the newly developed locking system in the female piece, delivers an improved punch effect when attaching the tag: tissue and hair are cleanly separated rather than crushed, which speeds up healing. Air vents in the pin shaft provide forced ventilation for faster healing and also act as a breakaway point if the tag is pulled. The integrated red closure system renders the tag unusable if tampering is attempted, giving high protection against fraud.
