The tasty winter litter feed is specially adapted to the needs of wild birds in the winter months. It provides a lot of energy thanks to the addition of protein-rich mealworms, seeds and nuts.

Our Leimüller winter litter feed with mealworms is a tasty, energy-rich fat feed that covers the special needs of wild birds in the cold season. It is suitable for all grain-eaters - you can recognise them by their short, broad beaks - such as finches, tits or robins. The tasty scatter feed provides extra energy and nutrients thanks to the addition of mealworms (important animal proteins from insects), black sunflower seeds, high-fat peanuts & sultanas. The winter food is eaten with great pleasure by birds and is ideally suited for bird houses, feeding columns, feeding tables and for bottom feeding.

The wild bird food is carefully produced at the traditional Leimüller mill in Austria. In the composition of the ingredients, emphasis is placed on the extraordinarily high quality of the feed, conservation of resources and adaptation to the species-appropriate needs of free-living birds. The feed is ambrosia-controlled, cleaned several times and dust-free. The domestic raw materials are sourced from the region. The feed is carefully packed and delivered in a tear-proof, environmentally friendly paper bag.

Ragweed controlled:

We sometimes use extra-cleaned food grade in our mixes (e.g. linseed, sunflower seeds hulled, rolled oats, sunflower seeds striped). Other critical products (e.g. yellow millet) are controlled at the supplier and selected with special cleaning procedures (colour sorting).
