The Leimüller wheat flour type 550 (Germany typing) or W 700 (Austria typing) is finely grained and especially suitable for bread making. The flour from the Leimüller mill is guaranteed to be GMO-free and pesticide-free and is made from Austrian grain.

Use:

Tip:

For hobby bakers, we recommend mixing types 405 and 550 together.
