With the Milky Mini Pasteurizer you turn milk or cream into tasty cheese, yogurt or pasteurized fruit juice in no time. This multi-purpose kettle suits small businesses, direct marketers and home dairies alike. Besides milk and dairy products, it's also handy for warming calf milk or re-liquefying honey.

Operation is simple: set temperature and time on the electronic control and let the machine do the work. Thanks to a 2.8 kW heating element, cow's, sheep's or goat's milk is heated germ-free in around 1 ¼ hours. The double-walled design with LE effect (Low Energy Effect) delivers noticeable savings on energy and heating costs during regular use on the farm. The removable stainless steel container makes cleaning quick and hygienic after every batch.
