Leimüller Linseed yellow - Natural product for digestive Problems
Yellow linseeds have more omega-6 fatty acids than brown linseeds and a higher swelling capacity. This wonderfully supports digestion and helps with constipation and diarrhoea.
Linseeds are a true superfood and are often used for horses, dogs or cats to support stomach function. Golden linseeds have a better swelling capacity than brown linseeds and the content of omega 6 fatty acids is also higher in the yellow variety.
Due to the higher swelling capacity, golden linseed stimulates the intestinal movement better and supports the optimal function of the digestive tract. The light-coloured seeds are therefore ideal for digestive disorders, constipation or diarrhoea.
However, light-coloured linseeds are not only good for the stomach, the fibre bombs satiate for a long time, ensure natural detoxification and have a positive influence on blood vessels and cholesterol levels. They are also rich in many valuable vitamins (B1, B2, B6 & E), minerals & trace elements.

Feeding recommendation:
Linseeds are ideally fed well swollen, but can also be further processed into linseed oil, ground or mixed in moderation as whole grains into the normal feed.
- Horse: approx. 50 to 100 g / day
- Small dog: approx. 5 g / day
- Large dog: approx. 10 g / day
- Cat: approx. 2 g / day
Important: Offer the animals plenty of water when feeding with linseed!
