Leimüller Linseed Meal - Supplementary feed for fattening & rearing
Linseed meal is made from carefully treated linseed. Our linseed meal is finely ground and rich in natural vitamin E and protein (approx. 35 %).
Linseed meal (or linseed flour or linseed cake) is a by-product of the production of linseed oil. Linseed meal is rich in protein, relatively high in fibre, has a low lysine content and contains high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Linseed meal has a special dietary significance due to its mucus-forming effect in the gastrointestinal tract. This mucilage is produced by swelling the linseed in water. A number of positive properties are attributed to the mucilage and unsaturated fatty acids in linseed meal, such as the stimulation of intestinal peristalsis and a positive effect on the rumen microbes in ruminants. It is therefore preferably used in compound feed for ruminants (calves, cows), horses (broodmares, stallions, foals) or in piglet rearing.
The high-quality single feed is carefully produced at the traditional Leimüller mill in Austria. The linseed meal is cleaned several times and is certified according to the AMA quality seal and free from genetic engineering to be able to offer you an absolutely natural feed.

Habe das Leinextraktionsschrot für meine 25 jährige Stute ausprobiert. Sie hatte viel an Muskeln verloren und der Fellwechsel wurde fleckig. Füttere es ihr seit 6 Monaten zusammen mit Atemkräuter, etwas warmes Wasser dazu und fertig ist der Brei ( trocken gefüttert hing es sehr an den Zähnen) Sie ist jetzt wieder sehr gut bemuskelt, kam gut durch den Fellwechsel und hat wieder mehr Spaß am bewegen!
