Leimüller Wheat Flakes - Healthy cereal flakes for many animals

Wheat flakes are an excellent source of carbohydrates and are popular with chickens, dogs, rabbits and rodents. Thanks to the quickly available energy source, wheat also plays a crucial role in fattening.

Wheat flakes are very suitable if you want to make your own easily digestible and energy-rich feed mixes for your animals. The carbohydrate-rich grains are wonderful for chickens, ducks, rabbits, sheeps, goats and rodents such as guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas & degus. Dogs can have the nutrient-rich flakes soaked and mixed in with their regular food.

Wheat also plays an important role in fattening. Wheat ensures rapid weight gain in poultry, cattle and pigs. Dairy cows also benefit from the rapidly available energy of the carbohydrate booster during rearing and lactation.

Using a special pressure and heat process, the whole grains are briefly steamed and then pressed between rollers to form flakes. The flaking process makes it much more digestible and easier to digest than whole wheat grains. The improved digestion puts less strain on the digestive system and optimises feed conversion.

Feeding advice:

Flaked wheat contains a lot of starch and should therefore only be added to the basic feed as a supplement. Depending on the species, a maximum of 15 % of the basic feed can be replaced by wheat flakes. Ensure a balanced supply of nutrients and protein, vitamins and trace elements.

11.8% crude protein, 1.8% crude oils and fats, 2.6% crude fibre, 2% crude ash

Storage:

Store the feedstuff hygienically, dry, dark and cool. Protect from direct sunlight.
