Spoil your feathered, African friend with our delicious agapornid food. This food mix is a balanced pampering food for lovebirds, whose original home is in Africa. High-quality seeds, healthy seeds and selected grains result in a natural and rich bird food that is specially adapted to the needs of rose-headed, black-headed and peach-headed birds. The mixed feed has been tried and tested for years and is extremely popular with breeders. It has been produced without artificial flavourings and without colourings or preservatives and can therefore be fed to your parakeets without hesitation.
The traditional brand Leimüller is very familiar with the nutritional needs of agapornids. The quality and regular control of the bird food is particularly important. For this purpose, annual certifications and constant internal improvement processes are carried out. Leimüller is certified according to the AMA seal of quality (pastus+), QS and GMO-free production. Feeding recommendation:
Well combinable with Leimüller Large Parakeet Food Classic without sunflower seeds or Leimüller Large Parakeet Breeding Premium without sunflower seeds. We recommend feeding additional egg food during rearing. Offer the birds the bird food in a bowl or feeder for free consumption. Hygiene at the feeding place is particularly important. Therefore, place the bowl well protected against contamination by droppings, dirt and water (do not place the bowl under seats). Only fill the bowl with as much food as the birds can eat in one day. This effectively prevents the growth of mould, pathogens or similar.
