Cow-warm milk between 30 °C and 35 °C is best for centrifuging. With the milk centrifuge, the milk is skimmed and the skim milk obtained can be further processed into cheese, curd or yogurt or used as drinking milk. Depending on the fat content of the milk and the setting of the cream screw, between 8 % and 12 % cream is obtained.

To produce butter, the pre-cooled cream is whipped in a butter machine specially designed for this purpose. With the matching yogurt & multi-purpose kettle, you can also use the cream to make your own fresh, delicious cheese, yogurt, curd, ricotta, juices and more.

The rubber plug must also be inserted in the lid before you start operating the machine. Never operate the butter machine without the lid on! If the butter machine does not start with the lid on, check whether the safety switch on the motor housing is actuated by the metal plate of the lid. If not, please bend it carefully until the switch is actuated. A milk centrifuge is used to skim the cow-warm milk and the skim milk obtained can be further processed into cheese, curd or yogurt. Depending on the fat content of the milk and the setting of the cream screw, between 8 % and 12 % cream is obtained. Application: To make butter yourself, you first need cream. This should have a temperature between 14 °C and 16 °C. Turn on position 4 for 20 minutes. When the butter is made, stop mixing. Then empty the buttermilk through the outlet (for cake, bread or as a healthy drink). Close the outlet with the plug and put cold water into the container, this will extend the shelf life of the butter. Start mixing for a few minutes on speed 1 or 2. Empty the excess residual liquid through the outlet into the drain. Replace the water until it is almost clear. Put the butter into a mold or container. Depending on how well the butter was washed, it will keep in the refrigerator for 1 - 3 weeks. Note: Cream or cream here always means sweet whipping cream. There is also sour cream (sour cream), which is cream with added lactic acid bacteria. This has a slightly sour taste. Crème fraîche and sour cream are higher fat varieties of sour cream. The operation of the Milky Pasteurizer is child's play: the water temperature (up to max. 99 °C) is set according to the desired end product, at the same time the production time is indicated on the electronic control. Thanks to a 2,8 kW heating element, your cow's, sheep's or goat's milk is heated from approx. 4 °C to max. 90 °C germ-free in approx. 1 ¼ hours. The outer boiler is made of one piece and has a special internal insulation. The extra-thin walls and an electronic heating control ensure enormous energy and heating cost savings with the new LE effect (Low Energy Effect). At a glance: Make your own cheese, yogurt, fruit juices & dairy products Ideal also as calf milk warmer, for re-liquefying honey, making honey wax, etc. Multi-purpose boiler with 14 L filling volume Electronic control with timer Temperature adjustable between 4 °C and 100 °C Double walled small pasteurizer for home use Easy to clean & hygienic Premium quality from Austria Application: Fasten outlet hose with a screw clamp. Insert inlet tube into the hole on the edge. Fill pasteurizer with water up to "MAX" mark. Fill the milk container and place it in the pasteurizer. Put the thermometer into the lid, fix it and fix the container with the help of the fixing hook. Put the outlet tube into the sink and insert the plug. Set temperature and time for pasteurization (room temperature 22 °C). When the heating water reaches the set temperature, the pasteurizer keeps it for the set time. When the time "0" is reached, the pasteurizer goes to stand-by and gives a short signal. Connect the inlet hose to the water tap and turn on the cold water to cool down the milk. After some time the milk is cooled down. The time for this depends on the water temperature. Note: The term "cream" always refers to sweet whipped cream. There is also sour cream, which is cream with added lactic acid bacteria. This has a slightly sour taste. Crème fraîche and sour cream are higher fat varieties of sour cream. Overview: Make your own butter easily For 6 to 13 liters of cream Depending on fat content & cream temperature per process 20-35 minutes Buttering in 2 speed levels Powerful motor for professional direct marketing Visible lid to control the process Automatic safety stop Removable stainless steel agitator Easy to clean & hygienic Stainless steel drain cock for buttermilk Utilization: Making butter is very easy with the Milky Butter machine FJ32. Before using the Milky Buttermaker, make sure the buttermilk aperture in the bottom of the buttermaker is closed and the plastic lid is firmly on the housing. Gently press the lid onto the housing. Also make sure the rubber plug is inserted into the lid before starting the machine. Preparing the cream for making butter is very important as this can affect the taste, flavour and quality of the butter. Ideally, you should use cream that is 2 - 3 days old and stored at 5 °C - 8 °C (in summer) or 8 °C - 10 °C (in winter) for churning. The cream is either processed directly with a butter churn or pasteurized with a pasteurizer before processing. Pasteurisation of the cream is recommended. The pre-cooled cream is reheated to a temperature of 12 °C to 14 °C. The cream bowl of the butter churn may be filled to no more than the agitator. The longer the buttering time - the better the butter quality. The butter is ready in 20 to 35 minutes, depending on the speed. After draining the buttermilk, the butter is washed with cold water. If the outlet tap is left open, the butter can already be pre-kneaded with the machine. Then the butter is kneaded in portions with wet hands and washed again and again until the last bit of buttermilk has been kneaded out of the butter. The individual portions are filled into a wet butter model, it is important that there are no air holes. Then cool down the butter and churn it out of the butter model. From 100 litres of milk or the 8 to 12 litres of cream, you get around 4 kg of butter and between 5 and 6 litres of buttermilk. There are different types of cheese, but the production of all cheeses is very similar: Preparation: The milk is pasteurized, except in the case of raw milk cheese making. The desired fat content is determined by adding or separating cream. Thickening of the milk: Rennet or lactic acid bacteria (starter cultures) are added to the milk or both are combined to coagulate the milk. The so-called "Dickete" or "Gallerte" is formed. Curd processing: Once the curd has reached the right firmness, it is cut with a cheese harp. The finer the curd, the more whey is deposited and the harder the finished cheese. To allow even more whey to escape, sometimes the curd is heated gently at the end. Molding: When the desired consistency for the corresponding type of cheese has been achieved, the cheese is filled into the cheese molds typical for the type. The remaining whey is separated from the curd by pressing and draining. Brine bath: A brine bath removes more water from the outer walls of the cheese, which promotes rind formation, intensifies the flavor and preserves the cheese naturally. Many solid cheeses also receive a protective layer of cheese wax. Ripening develops the aroma typical of the variety - fresh cheese does not need to ripen. The type of ripening depends on the type of cheese. Depending on the variety, the cheese is also turned, brushed, rolled in herbs or treated with noble mold, for example. Storage: The ideal, constant temperature and high humidity ARE important for cheese storage. Too cool or too warm storage and light can damage the quality and taste. Technical data: Dimensions (LxWxH): 40 x 40 x 50 cm Voltage: 230 V Cooling: Manual Mixer: No LE effect: Yes Heating: Electric Max.
