Which size suits my stable?
Measure the narrowest point in the aisle first, then work out the amount of feed per pass. Better to drive twice with 200 litres than to get stuck once with 600 litres.
Can I mix mash in the feed wagon?
Yes. The LL types have a watertight container, so you can soak and mix straight in the wagon and do not have to transfer anything at all.
Why pneumatic tyres instead of solid rubber?
Air tyres absorb bumps and roll more easily over cobbles, thresholds and gravel. With a fully loaded wagon that makes the biggest difference of all.
