Innovative length-adjustable and flexible leather draw reins for riding or lunging. The W-trainRein draw reins are attached to the girth or surcingle between the forelegs. A special rein runs through a guide roller and is taken from there through the respective bit ring (from the inside to the outside) back to the girth or surcingle. The guide roller gives the reins and facilitates a gentle and mouth-friendly bending and suppling whilst riding or lunging.

The new breastplate with safety reins is versatile in use. With a beginner on the lunge, it can be used to practise holding the reins, thus facilitating the transition to riding independently off the lunge. It provides the beginner with additional security when riding off the lunge.Furthermore, this combination can be used on young horses or ones difficult to control, which tend to sudden abrupt movements, in order to support the rider. When needed, the safety reins provide the rider with something to hold on to and act on the horse"s chest through being connected to the breastplate thus helps to re-establishing control over the horse.
