What do I wear under my show jacket?
Usually a white or pale show shirt with a stand up collar, or a blouse with a stock. Many show shirts have a collar that looks smart without a stock. Check the schedule to see whether there are rules on colour and collar.

How do I get grass stains out of a white show shirt?
Soak it straight away and pre treat with a stain remover or ox gall soap. Then wash at the permitted temperature without fabric softener. Avoid chlorine bleach on technical fabrics.
