This milk centrifuge from Milky separates up to 350 litres of milk per hour into cream and skim milk - ideal for direct marketers, farmers and cheesemakers who want to process larger quantities of milk into butter, yoghurt or cheese themselves. The medium-sized floor model FJ 350 EAR is the only machine of its kind worldwide to achieve these performance figures.

Thanks to the electronic slow start function, the 250-watt motor starts up particularly smoothly and quietly despite its high power. Sturdy rubber feet ensure high stability and near vibration-free operation - even with daily use in the barn or farm dairy. The cream is fed via a 22-litre stainless steel vessel, and a fixing hook reliably prevents spillage. With the cream screw, you can adjust the cream thickness to between 8% and 12% depending on milk quality.
