Professional full metal shearing head in coarse or fine version for the Moser Rex shearing machine.
The shearing head for the Shearing Machine Moser Rex 1230 is a precision ground full metal cutting set. The cutting set is "Made in Germany" and suitable for professional use as well as for the home user. The shearing head is made of high-quality stainless steel by cross grinding and not punched. This manufacturing method gives the shaving head an extremely long service life. The integrated cutting length adjustment allows a step adjustment of the cutting set from 0,7 to 3 mm. The grooved profile on the back ensures an optimal cooling of the cutting set. The special shaving head geometry and the optimally adjusted cutting pressure ensure an exact cut. Thanks to the high quality of workmanship the shear blade can be resharpened several times.
Care instructions:
To ensure optimum life of the shearing head, regular and proper care is important. Clean the cutting plates with a soft cloth or brush. When doing so, make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly.
After drying, oil the clipper heads with clipper oil. The shearing blades are before each use with the shearing head mounted oil. During the work every 5-10 minutes to oil.
After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil can be well distributed and not transferred to the hair of the animal. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the shaving heads can be increased up to 20%. Also the regrinding can be delayed.
